Get It Recruit - Educational Services is Hiring a Remote Director of Education -- Remote | WFH

OverviewWe develop and provide cutting-edge educational programs for career training across multiple states where we hold postsecondary licenses. Our mission is to remove barriers and empower the workforce. We are currently seeking a Director of Education to lead our Massage Therapy educational programs. The Director will oversee academic and administrative operations, ensuring smooth program functioning, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting student success.
Director Of Education Job DescriptionThe Director of Education is a full-time administrative role responsible for overseeing and managing online and hands-on instructors. Instructors will report to the Director for curriculum challenges, student issues, and collaborative education efforts. Key responsibilities include:
Updating and enhancing curriculum in alignment with accreditation and state regulatory standards.
Managing instructors and ensuring quality education delivery.
Developing and editing course content in the Learning Management System.
Creating schedules for hands-on instruction across all operational states.
Maintaining scheduling updates in our Student Information System.
Addressing student issues per school policies outlined in the catalog.
Generating reports on student engagement, instructor effectiveness, and program success.
Evaluating instructors and providing ongoing professional development support.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Education and implementing educational policies.
Supervising programs, faculty, and staff to ensure high educational standards.
Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across campuses.
SkillsExperience in academic administration preferred.
Strong organizational and administrative management skills.
Demonstrated ability to support students through their academic journeys.
Effective leadership capabilities.
