Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Innovation: Lead curriculum development, ensuring content is innovative and tailored to diverse audiences. Drive program innovation and enhancement, continuously assessing effectiveness and identifying improvement opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create educational resources and materials. Client OutreachCultivate relationships with educational institutions, law enforcement, and community organizations. Serve as a primary contact for clients, addressing needs and facilitating communication. Represent the organization at conferences and events, advocating for human trafficking prevention. Client ManagementCollaborate with leadership to develop strategic plans for program expansion. Oversee budget and program delivery for grants and contracts. Provide guidance and support to clients, including educators and community leaders. Lead training sessions and workshops on human trafficking prevention. Professional DevelopmentPursue opportunities for personal and professional growth. Leadership/AdministrativeLead, mentor, and develop a team of education professionals. Support fundraising efforts and cultivate relationships with supporters. QualificationsBachelor's degree in education, social sciences, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in program implementation or client management. Strong project management and communication skills.
