- Monitor Student Progress: Assess and evaluate student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to help them succeed.

- Valid Spanish Teacher Certification
- Professional Educator License (PEL) in Illinois
- Proven experience teaching Spanish at the high school level
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual teaching tools and technology
