Design and implement instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
Produce microlearning content and training videos.
Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
What We're Looking ForStrong background in instructional design with a solid understanding of adult learning theory.
Proficiency in eLearning tools such as Articulate 360 or Captivate.
Experience working with learning management systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in an agile work environment.
Ability to pass a background check.
