Position: Instructional Designer
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, with opportunities for overtime as needed
Location: Remote/Hybrid
Compensation: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience
Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 401K, biweekly PTO accrual of 3.08 hours, and 6 Paid Holidays.
Primary ResponsibilitiesInstructional Design Expertise: Develop and update training content using adult learning principles and industry best practices.
Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with subject matter experts and team members to gather content and feedback.
Project Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines efficiently.
Communication: Clearly convey ideas and instructions through both written and verbal communication channels.
Adaptability: Remain flexible to accommodate changing project requirements and priorities.
Content Fidelity: Ensure training content aligns principles, values, and best practices.
Problem-Solving: Analyze challenges and devise creative solutions to enhance training content and delivery.
Technology Proficiency: Comfortably utilize various authoring tools and learning management systems.
Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy and quality in all training materials and documentation.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends to enhance training content and delivery methods continually.
Data Analysis: Track and report on training effectiveness metrics to facilitate informed decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
Content Utilization: Identify opportunities to leverage existing training content when developing new resources.
