We are looking for an enthusiastic and seasoned Online Director of Admissions to join our team. If you're passionate about higher education and skilled in student recruitment and admissions processes, we want to hear from you! In this role, you'll lead a team of Online Admissions Representatives and play a pivotal role in achieving our goals for attracting new students.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for admissions, focusing on short-term and long-term objectives.
Oversee the admissions process from initial inquiry to the completion of the second course, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, as well as federal and state regulations, regarding admissions, financial aid, and student credentials.
Represent the school to prospective students, providing information, conducting virtual tours, arranging interviews and admissions testing, and communicating final decisions.
Meet or exceed all admissions objectives set by the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Admissions.
Foster positive relationships and networking opportunities with external institutions and groups to attract high-quality students, and participate in community outreach events.
Requirements3-5 years of experience in admissions and enrollment management within a for-profit higher education institution.
Bachelor's Degree preferred; some post-secondary education required.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to achieving team goals.
Experience in marketing and promotion is advantageous.
