Position: SAT / Test Prep Tutor
We are currently seeking qualified and enthusiastic SAT / Test Prep tutors to join our team. Candidates must be capable of tutoring all sections of the SAT and may also provide support in other academic subjects.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain professional and timely communication, students, and clients.
Assess students' current understanding of subject matter.
Develop and implement customized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
Deliver clear and engaging instruction to facilitate learning.
Monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and stakeholders to ensure student success.
Manage schedule effectively to accommodate student needs.
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
RequirementsQualities:
Passionate about education and student success.
Flexible and adaptable teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Professional and timely communication skills.
Tech-savvy and proficient in online tutoring tools.
Engaging, fun, and able to connect with students personally.
Motivating and inspiring students to become lifelong.
Patient and empathetic towards student struggles.
QualificationsBachelor's degree required.
3 years of professional tutoring experience.
1 years of professional online tutoring experience.
Must be able to tutor all sections of the SAT.
Fast, reliable internet connection.
Own a computer/laptop, stylus pen, and headphones.
Professional, quiet environment conducive to conducting tutoring sessions.
U.S.-based bank account and a valid SSN.
Strong subject matter expertise in relevant areas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective time management skills.
