Position: Professional Learning Consultant
As a Professional Learning Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality professional development training for our Math and Literacy products to K-12 educators. While most training sessions are currently virtual, there is potential for on-site sessions as needed. This is a per diem role, requiring travel within the United States.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Sales Team: Collaborate with our sales team to develop, progress, and close professional development partnerships with K-12 school districts.
Design and Develop Training: Create and deliver high-quality professional learning sessions that drive the utilization and engagement of our digital solutions.
Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience: Proven experience in developing and delivering training to K-12 teachers, schools, or districts.
Curriculum Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of state curriculum across the United States.
Listening and Discovery Skills: Strong ability to understand and connect with the needs and challenges of our partners.
Educational Technology: Solid understanding of the K-12 education and educational technology market.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using technology to connect and train individuals remotely.
