Get It Recruit - Educational Services is Hiring a Remote Provider Education Trainer -- Remote | WFH

Join a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring quality! We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to facilitate provider onboarding, training on claims and billing procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role plays a pivotal part in nurturing relationships with our extensive network of healthcare providers.
Job DescriptionConduct thorough provider onboarding and ongoing training sessions, both onsite and remotely.
Coordinate training schedules, manage attendee records, and refine training materials to enhance learning outcomes.
Support our provider network with exceptional customer service, offering credentialing assistance, claims resolution, and advocacy.
Develop and deliver comprehensive orientation packages for new providers joining our network.
Encourage adoption of technology and best practices to optimize provider operations.
Implement robust documentation and monitoring processes to ensure provider compliance and program effectiveness.
Monitor contract compliance and recommend improvements where necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support organizational goals.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree required, preferably in healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in managed care or provider organization, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in behavioral health field is advantageous.
Ability to travel within the designated service area to meet with providers and stakeholders.
Proficiency with Windows-based PC systems, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
