ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of a small, impactful regional team, you will support a portfolio of about a dozen schools. Your responsibilities will include:
Enhancing Programmatic Excellence: Support school teams to deliver outstanding Montessori programs. Leverage your deep Montessori knowledge and data-rich metrics to hire, coach, and retain excellent educators. Utilize our in-house Montessori training institute to ensure team members receive top-tier certification.
Talent Management: Secure, support, and retain mission-driven talent. Engage directly with teachers and Heads of School, providing hands-on coaching and feedback to enhance program quality. Oversee teacher interviews, hiring, onboarding, and manage a pool of reliable Montessori substitute teachers.
Ensuring Program Quality and School Profitability: Drive the success of each school by integrating high-quality Montessori programs with effective operational practices. Collaborate with regional leaders to ensure schools are thriving and profitable, aligning with our mission to expand Montessori education.
Skills And QualificationsWe are looking for candidates who have:
Montessori certification (AMI or PMI, MACTE) and 5 years of classroom experience.
Prior mentoring or supervisory experience in an educational setting, preferably Montessori.
A proactive approach, with a willingness to get involved in classroom activities and build strong relationships with students and teachers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel and PowerBI.
The ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
A deep passion for education and a desire to drive change.
