As we continue to grow, we're seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Regional Programs Support.
Role OverviewYou'll be an integral part of our regional team, supporting a portfolio of approximately a dozen schools. Your role is crucial in ensuring programmatic excellence across our campuses, fostering thriving school communities, and driving our mission of widespread educational change.
ResponsibilitiesFostering Programmatic Excellence: Work closely with school leaders to enhance Montessori programming, leveraging your deep experience and knowledge of Montessori pedagogy and utilizing data-driven metrics to ensure excellence in hiring, training, and retaining educators.
Nurturing Talent: Lead efforts to recruit, develop, and retain exceptional classroom teachers, providing hands-on coaching and support to ensure instructional quality and leadership development at each school.
Aligning Program Quality with Success: Collaborate with the regional team to ensure that high-quality Montessori programs contribute to the profitability and success of each school, driving student outcomes, enrollment growth, and staff engagement.
Skills And Qualifications5 years of Montessori classroom experience and certification.
Demonstrated hands-on approach with a commitment to understanding every child and teacher in each school.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel and PowerBI.
Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Genuine passion for education and driving positive change.
