- Experience: A Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience or an advanced degree with 4-6 years in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Skills: Strong project management, organizational skills, and the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with e-learning tools, adult learning theories, and instructional design models.
- Additional Experience: Ideal candidates have experience in the Space domain or defense sector, previous roles in the military or DOD, and a current Top Secret security clearance (SCI/SAP eligibility preferred).
- Location: This role is based in the Washington Metropolitan Area (D.C., Maryland, Virginia), with occasional remote work and domestic travel.
- Compensation: \(90,000-\)170,000, depending on education and experience.
