Manage and provide services to students with learning, mental, emotional, or physical disabilities.
Collaborate with families and faculty to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Lead the execution of IEPs across various school settings, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
Monitor and assess the progress of IEPs, adjusting strategies to meet students' needs.
Deliver research-based individual and group instruction aligned with curriculum and IEP goals.
Conduct special education evaluations and reevaluations to track student progress.
Supervise and guide paraprofessionals as needed.
Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and caregivers to resolve issues.
Perform additional duties to support the school district and its students.
Requirements
Valid New Hampshire licenses and certifications are required.
Experience as a Special Education Teacher and participation in IEP teams.
Strong collaborative skills and a proven ability to work effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
