ResponsibilitiesAs a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
Providing direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups.
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement strategies to support student progress.
Monitoring and documenting student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contributing to the development of IEP goals.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records in accordance with state and federal regulations.
QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
A Master's degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
Current state SLP License and PEL Certification (Illinois).
Prior Experience In a School Setting Is Preferred.The ability to pass a simple tech screening.
