Skills And QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Test Lead or similar role in software testing projects.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, both manual and automated.
Proficiency in test planning, test case design, and execution.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for collaboration.
Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Familiarity with testing tools and technologies is advantageous.
Certifications such as ISTQB are a plus.
