Your Role as the Assisted Living (AL) Regional Director of Marketing:
As a key member of our team, you will lead the charge in fostering relationships and driving growth across our 11 facilities in the region. Your role will focus on highlighting the unique offerings of our facilities and ensuring exceptional care for our residents.
Responsibilities

Your Role as the Assisted Living (AL) Regional Director of Marketing:
As a key member of our team, you will lead the charge in fostering relationships and driving growth across our 11 facilities in the region. Your role will focus on highlighting the unique offerings of our facilities and ensuring exceptional care for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Market and promote our facilities with creativity and enthusiasm.
- Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with key contacts.
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales and Marketing to meet ambitious sales targets.
- Support sales efforts in various territories, promoting unity within the network.
- Passion for building meaningful relationships and making a positive impact.
- Deep understanding of sales strategies for Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and quick thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- While a bachelor's degree is preferred, experience and enthusiasm are valued highly.
- Proven track record in selling Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities.
- Experience in multi-site sales is a bonus.
- Preferably, at least five years of outside sales experience.

- Regular travel is required, hence a valid driver's license is essential.
