Position OverviewAs an Area Construction Manager, you will lead our construction activities with a focus on operational efficiency and ensuring quality in every aspect. Join our collaborative Construction Team where hands-on leadership and innovation drive our success. Key ResponsibilitiesExcellence in Construction: Oversee construction activities in assigned communities to ensure attention to detail and quality. Team Building: Create a culture of teamwork and excellence by hiring, training, and motivating construction staff. Operational Efficiency: Drive efficiencies to improve cycle times, customer satisfaction, and quality control. Hands-On Leadership: Lead by example, providing support and assistance where needed. Continuous Improvement: Analyze service work trends and develop programs for ongoing improvement. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with subcontractors and regulatory agencies. Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between Project Managers and the VP/Director of Construction. Skills And QualificationsPassion for Excellence: A strong drive for excellence within the construction industry. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams towards success. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Adaptability: Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
