Salary range: $90,000 to $180,000 per year

Key ResponsibilitiesDeal Closing:
Develop and present customized beverage catering solutions aligning with client needs.
Lead contract negotiations to establish profitable deals.
Close deals efficiently to meet or exceed sales goals.
Networking
Establish and sustain relationships with key stakeholders in the catering and concessions sectors.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to create new business prospects.
Engage with potential clients to expand the company's influence.
Pipeline Management
Manage a comprehensive sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progression.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and performance metrics.
Regularly update pipeline status and sales forecasts to management.
Collaboration
Partner with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to enhance lead generation.
Work with Account Managers to ensure successful onboarding and relationship management.
Provide feedback to marketing for enhancing lead quality and sales resources.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven sales experience, ideally within the catering, events, or hospitality sectors.
Established record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building capabilities.
Proficient in CRM software and sales performance tools.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
