OverviewJoin a leading beverage catering company known for delivering exceptional bar programs to the catering and concessions industry. We partner with special event venues and major event production companies, offering top-tier in-house beverage services. As we expand in the Texas market, we are looking for a talented sales professional to enhance our growing team, driven by our core values of integrity, growth mindset, ownership, teamwork, and creative problem-solving.
Compensation
  • Salary range: $90,000 to $180,000 per year
  • Benefits include dental, medical, vision insurance, and paid time off.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeal Closing:
  • Develop and present customized beverage catering solutions aligning with client needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations to establish profitable deals.
  • Close deals efficiently to meet or exceed sales goals.
Networking
  • Establish and sustain relationships with key stakeholders in the catering and concessions sectors.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to create new business prospects.
  • Engage with potential clients to expand the company's influence.
Pipeline Management
  • Manage a comprehensive sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progression.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Regularly update pipeline status and sales forecasts to management.
Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to enhance lead generation.
  • Work with Account Managers to ensure successful onboarding and relationship management.
  • Provide feedback to marketing for enhancing lead quality and sales resources.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the catering, events, or hospitality sectors.
  • Established record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales performance tools.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
