About The RoleAre you a dynamic and enthusiastic sales professional with a passion for creating exceptional beverage experiences? We're seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team and make a significant impact in the San Antonio and Texas markets. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design innovative beverage solutions, build meaningful partnerships, and drive growth in a high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deal Closing:
    • Develop and present tailored beverage catering solutions that exceed client expectations.
    • Lead contract negotiations to secure beneficial and long-lasting deals.
    • Achieve and surpass sales targets by effectively closing deals.
  • Networking:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the catering and concessions industry.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to uncover new business opportunities.
    • Actively engage with potential clients through various channels to enhance the company's market presence.
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Oversee and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring steady progress through the sales cycle.
    • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, opportunities, and performance metrics.
    • Regularly update pipeline status and provide sales forecasts to the VP of Sales.
  • Collaboration:
    • Partner with Sales Development Representatives to enhance lead generation and qualification.
    • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and foster successful long-term relationships.
    • Offer feedback to the marketing team to refine lead quality and sales materials.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within the catering, events, or hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales performance tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
