Deal Closing:
Develop and present tailored beverage catering solutions that exceed client expectations.
Lead contract negotiations to secure beneficial and long-lasting deals.
Achieve and surpass sales targets by effectively closing deals.
Networking:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the catering and concessions industry.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to uncover new business opportunities.
Actively engage with potential clients through various channels to enhance the company's market presence.
Pipeline Management:
Oversee and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring steady progress through the sales cycle.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, opportunities, and performance metrics.
Regularly update pipeline status and provide sales forecasts to the VP of Sales.
Collaboration:
Partner with Sales Development Representatives to enhance lead generation and qualification.
Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and foster successful long-term relationships.
Offer feedback to the marketing team to refine lead quality and sales materials.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in sales, ideally within the catering, events, or hospitality industry.
Demonstrated success in closing deals and meeting sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in CRM software and sales performance tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
