Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement a nursing strategy focused on patient care excellence. Ensure that care delivery meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance with all regulations and accreditation requirements.
  • Administrative Oversight: Provide administrative and clinical supervision over nursing services. Oversee the effective use of the nursing process, establish standards of practice, and manage fiscal responsibilities to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Team Management: Collaborate with the Employee Health and Infection Control Practitioner and the Director of Human Resources to manage employee health and infection control programs effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: MSN preferred, or a BSN with a Master's degree in a health-related field. Alternatively, a BSN with three years of hospital RN experience and clinical consultation from an MSN in psych-mental health nursing will be considered.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years in psychiatric, mental health, or rehabilitation nursing, with at least three years in a supervisory or management role.
