Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a patient-centered nursing strategy.
- Oversee both administrative and clinical aspects of Nursing Services, including fiscal management and the establishment of care standards.
- Provide supervision for the Employee Health and Infection Control Practitioner in collaboration with the Human Resources Director.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, licensing, and accreditation requirements.

- MSN preferred, but a BSN with a Master's degree in a health-related field and three years of hospital RN experience, or a BSN with three years of hospital RN experience and clinical consultation from an MSN in psych-mental health nursing, will also be considered.
- At least five years of experience in psychiatric, mental health, and/or rehabilitation nursing, including three years in a progressive supervisory/management role.
