The RoleAs the Vice President of Strategy for Store Operations, you will have a pivotal role in shaping the future of retail operations across the U.S. and Canada. This position offers you the chance to enhance customer experiences and drive operational excellence within our stores. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Store Operations, this role is based at our corporate office in Atlanta. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership:
Develop and implement retail strategic plans in collaboration with finance and key departments.
Mentor and lead a high-performing team to cultivate a culture of excellence and accountability.
Utilize performance metrics to optimize operations across all locations.
Spearhead strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams for cohesive execution of operational strategies.
Effective Communication And Process Optimization
Manage communication strategies between retail locations and corporate for continuous improvement.
Foster partnerships across departments to align on initiatives, enhance store processes, and boost customer satisfaction.
Innovation And Customer Experience
Drive innovative solutions to enhance the shopping experience and meet evolving consumer needs using advanced technology and creative problem-solving.
Lead the strategy for omni-channel enhancements for an integrated customer experience across all platforms.
Facilities Management And Safety
Provide strategic oversight to the Facilities team to ensure safety standards and enhance customer and employee experiences.
Develop and implement safety and security programs, optimizing store layouts and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Who We Are Looking For
Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail operations, strategy, or a related field, preferably in a dynamic retail setting.
BA/BS degree with a strong understanding of retail systems and technology, including omni-channel models.
Leadership experience capable of mentoring teams and driving successful outcomes.
Strong critical thinking and business acumen in a complex, cross-functional environment.
Willingness to travel as needed, primarily domestically, with potential for international travel.
