Are you a proactive and results-driven leader with a passion for building positive relationships and driving innovation within a matrixed environment? If so, we are looking for a Chief of Staff to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you will oversee daily operations, act as a central point of contact within the management team, and provide trusted advice to the Senior Director and their staff.
Key ResponsibilitiesGovernance Management:
- Organize weekly staff and operational meetings
- Maintain a calendar of events
- Prepare presentations for internal executive, customer meetings, and events
- Collaborate with various functions across the server staff for strategic planning
- Support program management to achieve overall strategic goals
- Manage key segment and corporate deliverables for the Server business unit
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and support strategic goals
- Develop effective partnerships with business partners such as HR, Finance, and Legal
- Develop and manage internal and external communications in partnership with Communications and HR
- Oversee the development of workforce capacity and capability
- Conduct workforce planning and skill gap analysis
- Proven success in technical team leadership
- Recent experience in the hi-tech industry, PC industry experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to craft innovative solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred
