Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership (40%):
- Develop and implement retail strategic plans in collaboration with key departments.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team to drive a culture of excellence.
- Use performance metrics to optimize operations across all locations.
- Spearhead strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams for cohesive execution.
- Manage communication strategies between retail locations and corporate for continuous improvement.
- Foster partnerships across departments to enhance store processes and customer satisfaction.
- Advocate for innovative solutions to enhance the shopping experience through technology and creativity.
- Lead omni-channel strategy for an integrated customer experience across all platforms.
- Provide strategic oversight to maintain safety standards and improve customer and employee experiences.
- Develop safety and security programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
- 10 years of experience in retail operations or related field, preferably in a dynamic retail environment.
- BA/BS degree and strong understanding of retail systems and technology.
- Experienced leader skilled in mentoring teams and driving successful outcomes.
- Strong critical thinking and business acumen in a cross-functional environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically, with potential for international travel based on business needs.
