As the VP of Architecture, you will have a crucial role in shaping and executing the company's architectural vision and objectives.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement architectural strategies aligned with company goals
Oversee design, drawings, specifications production, and contract administration for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
Mentor and coordinate design team members, collaborating closely with administrative and business development teams
Provide construction-related services, including site observation and design adjustments as necessary
Conduct code analysis, prepare design documents, and estimate construction costs
Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into architectural processes
Encourage innovation within the team to enhance design efficiency and quality
Lead the integration of new design methodologies and tools
RequirementsLicensed architect in Florida or eligible for reciprocity
At least five years of architectural design and production experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Revit
Strong project management skills with a successful track record of project delivery
Ability to excel independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience managing multiple projects with a focus on client service excellence
