Unlocking Opportunities in Creative Brand Management
Join our team as a strategic and creative leader with a deep understanding of engaging audiences across diverse media platforms. Reporting directly to the President and General Manager, this role is a gateway to managing our brand's presence and crafting original, audience-resonating content. The ideal candidate seamlessly integrates data-driven brand development, content creation, and social media marketing, while leveraging expertise in social listening, sales promotions, and influencer marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Presence Management: Spearhead the brand's visibility across all platforms (on-air, online, mobile, etc.) through inventive creative and marketing campaigns.
Data-Driven Engagement: Utilize research and real-time data analytics to execute timely social media campaigns that elevate audience engagement and forge emotional ties to our brand, content, and talent.
Content and Event Production: Oversee the creative progression and production of live events, original series, and select short-form programming.
Budget Oversight: Manage the media budget while collaborating with the media buying agency.
Brand Enhancement: Elevate the brand's identity and significance by cultivating original, emotionally charged content and engagement avenues for our audience.
Required Qualifications And SkillsSolid track record in steering the creative direction of a media brand across diverse platforms.
Extensive digital brand management experience, particularly on online and mobile platforms, including social media.
Proficiency in employing research and data analytics tools to enhance audience engagement and media buying efforts.
Experience in supervising the development and production of live events and series programming.
Excellent management skills, fostering a creative, positive, supportive, and encouraging work environment.
Preferred QualificationsBackground in the marketing or programming department of a local broadcast station.
Track record in producing original content that seamlessly integrates sponsors and advertisers.
