About The RoleWe are looking for a Vice President - Sales to focus on mid-market customers within the finance, healthcare, and insurance sectors. Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies to boost company revenue through new business development and client retention.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Stay updated on industry trends to suggest innovative solutions for client needs.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve departmental goals.
  • Drive the sales process for deals ranging from $500k to $5M in revenue.
  • Meet annual revenue targets through strategic sales planning.
  • Convert marketing leads into viable sales opportunities.
  • Proactively prospect new clients through various channels.
  • Utilize CRM systems for tracking sales activities, managing the pipeline, and reporting on performance.
  • Represent the company at industry events to expand the network and visibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales support materials and programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing within the services industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities focused on fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and attention to detail.
