As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in representing our brand confidently to clients and partners.
Role ObjectivesIn the role of Associate Director, Data Analytics, you will collaborate closely with our Business Planning and Activation teams to create data strategies aligning marketing efforts with real-world business objectives. Leading by example, you will guide Analysts and utilize your expertise to design tailored measurement plans. Reporting to the VP of Analytics, you will be instrumental in developing and executing our analytics strategy to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing/Advertising, or a related field.
- 6 years of Analytics experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Prior experience with Retail clients is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Ability to provide creative solutions that meet the needs of clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex ideas to senior-level clients.
- Proficiency in online advertising media channels such as OLV, CTV, Display, Search, Social, and Programmatic.
- Experience with offline media (TV, Out-of-home, Print) is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large datasets.
- Familiarity with advanced analytical models like linear regressions, multi-touch attribution modeling, and MMM.
- Passion for consumer behavior, media trends, and emerging technologies.
- Consultative approach to evaluate new KPIs, data sets, and measurement partners.
- Compensation Range: $140,500 - $150,000 annually.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
