Join Our Team as a Senior Director of Clinical Operations and Professional Development We are excited to welcome a talented Senior Director of Clinical Operations and Professional Development to our team. In this key role, you will focus on leading nursing professional practice and development while reporting directly to our Chief Nursing Officer. ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and Alignment:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives while aligning with our mission and vision.
Resource Optimization
Enhance service quality and operational efficiency by integrating clinical and educational resources within your scope.
Performance Standards And Excellence
Establish and uphold performance standards for clinical nursing practice, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Operations Management
Direct daily operations and resource allocation of assigned departments, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals and organizational priorities.
Collaboration And Professional Development
Collaborate with leaders to drive education and professional development initiatives to support the growth and competence of our clinical staff.
Quality And Innovation
Champion evidence-based practices and research-driven standards to drive quality outcomes and innovation in patient care delivery.
Work Environment And Leadership
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, encouraging teamwork, accountability, and professional growth among staff.
Representation And Partnership

QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
Five years of progressive clinical and management experience in nursing or a related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Nursing Administration, Executive Leadership, or related field.
Skills And Abilities
Strong leadership skills with a deep understanding of the nursing process and healthcare operations.
Ability to adapt to evolving strategic priorities and drive organizational change effectively.
Current RN license issued by the State of MN or eligible for licensure.
