Lead strategic planning by incorporating community needs assessments and providing regular updates to local boards and enterprise leadership.
Manage daily operations to optimize resource allocation, including overseeing physician recruitment efforts.
Financial Oversight And Quality Assurance
Develop and monitor budgets to align with organizational goals.
Establish and monitor quality and patient safety goals to drive improvement initiatives and report to the board.
Regulatory Compliance And External Relations
Ensure compliance with accreditation, certification, and regulatory requirements.
Cultivate external relationships with community and healthcare associations to enhance organizational success.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required. Master's degree (MHA, MPA, MBA) preferred.
A minimum of three years of senior management experience in healthcare is required.
Nursing Facility Home Administrator License in applicable state desired.
