Talent Acquisition And Development
Play a vital role in talent acquisition to ensure the team is well-equipped to deliver exceptional results.

QualificationsWe are looking for individuals who possess:
Minimum 5 years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience, showcasing strong leadership skills, with at least 2 years in sales management or 3 years in field training supervision.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic thinking abilities with a deep understanding of commercial operations within FDA regulatory frameworks.
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%) within the assigned territory, living near a major airport.
