Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership:
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a sales team to exceed company sales goals, maintaining an 80% field presence to connect with healthcare professionals and build lasting relationships.
  • Conduct field visits with team members to provide guidance, support, and performance evaluations, fostering continuous growth.
Collaboration And Planning
  • Collaborate with the President of Sales and Marketing to create quarterly and monthly plans aimed at driving team success and achieving objectives.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence through regular meetings to review performance, set improvement goals, and provide ongoing training.
Talent Acquisition And Development
  • Play a vital role in talent acquisition to ensure the team is well-equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Utilize strategic insights to refine annual territory business plans, contributing to organizational growth.
Performance Optimization
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and leverage metrics to enhance call effectiveness, presentation delivery, and market penetration.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and client feedback to drive continuous improvement efforts.
QualificationsWe are looking for individuals who possess:
  • Minimum 5 years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience, showcasing strong leadership skills, with at least 2 years in sales management or 3 years in field training supervision.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking abilities with a deep understanding of commercial operations within FDA regulatory frameworks.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%) within the assigned territory, living near a major airport.
  • Self-motivation and independence, thriving in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Valid state driver's license and meeting company insurability requirements.
