Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cross-channel video strategies in collaboration with various teams.
- Serve as the primary client contact for video investment initiatives.
- Utilize expert knowledge of video channels to drive innovative planning and negotiation strategies.
- Build strong partnerships with key media partners in the video ecosystem.
- Refine video investment strategies using data-driven insights for campaign success.
- Mentor and provide strategic guidance to video specialists.
- Keep abreast of emerging video trends, particularly in streaming and addressable TV.
- Contribute video expertise to new business pitches and strategic planning for clients.
- 10 years of experience in media planning and buying, focusing on cross-channel video.
- Extensive expertise in digital streaming video; knowledge of local TV, radio, and OOH is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively.
- Proven track record of team management and talent development.
- Established industry relationships with video partners and strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas convincingly.
- Strategic thinker comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
