Get It Recruit - Executive is Hiring a Dynamic Vice President of Sales & Marketing - RF/Microwave Industry Near Stuart, FL

DescriptionAre you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving sales and marketing success? We're looking for an experienced individual to lead and inspire a team in Stuart, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for surpassing new orders goals, driving strategic initiatives, and expanding our customer base. If you're eager to make an impact and lead a talented team, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire Inside Sales, Product Management, and Field Sales teams to achieve and exceed new orders and budget goals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, managing the sales funnel and booking forecasts.
  • Ensure all regional and key accounts are actively working towards their bookings targets.
  • Report on budget progress and key metrics including quotes, customer and part count, and market diversification.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales, management teams, and vendors to support new orders and customer needs.
  • Identify and develop strategies for meeting customer requirements and collaborate with Product Management to address future needs.
  • Conduct and present Vendor Quarterly Business Reviews, focusing on growth and design-in activities.
  • Manage the department's expense budget effectively.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of RF/Microwave/Fiber Optic products and markets.
  • Established relationships with key accounts in the RF/Microwave industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Five years of experience in the RF/Microwave industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
  • Ability to work remotely in a home office environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Oversee Regional Sales Managers, Key Account Manager, Product Management, and Inside Sales teams.
Other Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to travel at least 25%.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective planning, time management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proven success in sales and business development with a track record of identifying and closing opportunities.
  • Familiarity with Export Controls is a plus.
  • Must be a US citizen or have a valid work permit for the US.
  • COVID-19 vaccination is preferred.
