### Key Responsibilities
**Daily Operations**

• Oversee all aspects of property operations, including staffing, budgeting, forecasting, and facilities management.

**Team Leadership**

• Manage recruitment, training, and performance, while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.

**Guest Experience**

• Deliver outstanding guest service and establish high standards for your team.

**Financial Management**

• Prepare and manage the annual operating budget, analyze financial performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

**Sales and Marketing**

• Drive sales efforts, manage revenue, and develop effective marketing strategies.

**Quality Assurance**

• Ensure adherence to company and brand standards, maintain certifications, and address service issues promptly.

**Safety and Security**

• Implement and monitor safety procedures for both staff and guests.

### Qualifications

• **Education**: A college degree or relevant work experience.
• **Experience**: A minimum of five years in hotel management, including three years in a leadership role.
• **Skills**: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.
• **Leadership**: Strong leadership qualities, maintaining a professional demeanor.

### Working Conditions

• Ability to travel to other properties with occasional overnight stays.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Frequent standing and walking are required, with occasional lifting of up to 100 lbs.
• Comfortable working in various environments and conditions.
