**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for water treatment and recycling to join our team in a leadership capacity within the Water Treatment and Recycling division. This role involves managing strategic, legislative, contractual, and technical aspects across multiple regions while working closely with various stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
  • Leadership & Safety: Promote a robust safety culture and ensure accountability throughout the region.
  • Financial Management: Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L), balance sheet, and annual budget for the service line.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies including HR, OSHA, SOX, and DOT.
  • Administrative Coordination: Collaborate with regional administrative functions for accurate and timely information on customer, vendor, and employee transactions.
  • Sales & Customer Engagement: Support regional sales initiatives and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Operational Planning: Partner with the Region VP to align facility capabilities with operational needs.
  • Communication: Convey company strategies and philosophies to regional personnel to ensure alignment.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly updates to the Region VP regarding operations and financial performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with Service Line VPs to enhance market presence and profitability.
  • Personnel Development: Plan and advance the development of regional service line personnel.
**Requirements**
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, though not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a business unit management role.
  • 7-10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Knowledge of oil and gas field infrastructure and fluid handling services.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience managing energy service companies is advantageous.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams while working independently.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
