Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled sales professional to join our Healthcare team and drive sales within enterprise-level accounts. Reporting to the VP of Government, Education, and Health, this role involves developing and executing sales strategies for the enterprise Healthcare sector. As a Regional Account Manager, you will oversee all sales activities, collaborating with various teams to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Set and achieve corporate-aligned sales goals within an assigned region.
  • Identify and engage potential customers, delivering tailored sales presentations.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities and respond to requests for proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support sales initiatives effectively.
  • Stay updated on company products and guide sales engineering resources.
  • Operate strategically to achieve sales objectives and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor competitive activities and market trends.
Requirements
  • 8 years of professional experience, including 4 years in enterprise software sales.
  • Strong consultative sales background with experience in the Healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with the South East territory and clients is preferred.
  • Proven success in selling to C-level executives and closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.
CompensationThe Base Pay Range for this role is $94,500 - $175,500, with On Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $189,000 - $351,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as location, qualifications, and company budget. Additionally, long-term incentives may be provided based on performance and company policies.
