**Position Overview**
In the role of Administrative Assistant II within our Operational Excellence team, you will be essential in promoting continuous improvement and ensuring quality across the organization. Your key responsibilities will encompass providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the leadership team, managing office operations, coordinating schedules, and maintaining confidentiality in all communications. Your commitment to cultivating a culture rooted in respect and excellence will play a significant role in helping us meet our organizational objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
  • Organize and manage the executive office, including scheduling calendar appointments and preparing for meetings.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for newly hired team members.
  • Handle office communications with a focus on confidentiality and discretion.
  • Provide broad administrative support, encompassing typing, project management, and confidential assignments.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team and assist with various special projects.
  • Address queries from colleagues, ensuring prompt follow-up.
  • Assist in developing new hire onboarding plans and managing office logistics.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and document meeting minutes.
**Qualifications**
  • An Associate's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate, fast-paced setting, showcasing strong multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
