We are looking for an experienced leader to take charge of operations in Ridgeland, Mississippi, focusing on driving growth and managing diverse teams. This role involves overseeing daily operations and administrative activities while steering the organization towards success through strategic vision and effective leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial, administrative, human resources, and scheduling functions for the organization and its affiliates.
- Develop short-term and long-range business plans in alignment with corporate goals and growth objectives.
- Manage project budgets, job costing, and performance analysis to maintain financial health and operational efficiency.
- Implement programs that enhance corporate goals and promote organizational success.
- Establish processes to manage current operations and support future growth effectively.
- Ensure effective communication and information flow within the organization through established procedures.
- Regularly assess overall operations and provide updates to senior management.
- Define and clarify responsibilities, authority, and accountability for all team members.
- Ensure compliance with relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
- Address and resolve concerns from clients, vendors, and employees, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct inspections of facilities, grounds, and equipment to uphold cleanliness, safety, and appearance standards.
- Foster business development opportunities and pursue growth initiatives.
- Oversee sales and marketing activities, providing direction and training to team members.
- Prepare estimates and proposals for new business opportunities.
- Represent the organization in interactions with major stakeholders, including customers and shareholders.
- Analyze reports related to sales, route drivers, and technicians for performance insights.
- Evaluate and implement technologies and processes to improve client service and operational efficiency.
- Manage procurement of necessary parts, equipment, and products.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously and 60 lbs. intermittently.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Primarily office-based, with occasional responsibilities in distribution centers and warehouses with limited climate control.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Proficiency in ordering and tracking electronic devices.
- Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
