Join Our Team in Atlanta, GA
Are you ready to be an essential part of a dynamic team at our vibrant community in Atlanta, GA? We are looking for a passionate and organized Operations Administrator/Program Coordinator to join us. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our MTW Planning and Reporting efforts.
ResponsibilitiesMTW Planning Support: Update the MTW Annual Plan and Report, manage the planning calendar, collect data, and ensure seamless operations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external partners, organize projects, and keep stakeholders informed about progress.
Event Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of MTW Stakeholder Briefings, Public Hearings, and community events.
Administrative Support: Assist our Senior Vice President with various operational tasks and office management.
Communication: Research, compile information, and facilitate clear correspondence to keep the team and stakeholders informed.
Financial Management: Assist in managing budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Policy, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of four years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Passion for teamwork, collaboration, and engagement with stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of additional software is a plus.
