- The Regional Brand Manager role places you at the core of our brand's expansion, collaborating with our dealership partners across the western states.
- Based in our Corona, CA corporate headquarters, this role offers the opportunity to drive growth and includes occasional travel opportunities.
- Collaborate with dealership management to establish sales goals and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Deliver thorough product and sales training to dealership staff, ensuring alignment with the Saleen brand ethos.
- Monitor retail sell-through results and support dealerships in optimizing performance.
- Uphold the Saleen brand message through consistent marketing and merchandising initiatives.
- Review and reinforce Saleen policies and procedures with dealership teams.
- Develop sales forecasts and coordinate engaging marketing events for dealerships.
- Cultivate strong B2B relationships with dealership management and staff to drive mutual success.
- Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive retail dealership or OE field representation.
- Preferred: College degree (BA or Associate) though not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and well-versed in the designated territory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Capable of delivering compelling presentations to dealers and customer groups.
- Team player with a knack for thriving independently.
