Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans for the Janitorial Services Division.
  • Utilize innovative lead generation tools and advanced social media platforms to find new business opportunities.
  • Enhance the local and company brand to connect and engage with targeted individuals and organizations.
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers to foster productive partnerships.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships by offering tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Execute marketing strategies through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including products, sales, and marketing efforts.
  • Build partnerships with industry influencers and strategic allies.
  • Strategically coordinate travel and schedules to maximize client engagement.
  • Meet with key clients to negotiate and finalize deals while maintaining strong rapport.
  • Uphold a consistent corporate image across all products, promotional materials, and events.
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings and relevant events.
  • Facilitate communication between the sales department and other internal units.
  • Assist with creating manuals and technical publications for in-house use.
  • Prepare regular sales reports covering sales volume, potential sales opportunities, and client base growth.
  • Analyze sales performance against plans and quotes to evaluate effectiveness.
Required Skills And Experience
  • A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably focused on service products.
  • Proven success in a collaborative sales setting, with experience in resolving issues and meeting goals as a team.
  • Demonstrated track record of excellence in sales, recognized through awards or top rankings using consultative techniques.
  • Strong ability to leverage social media and professional networks for prospecting and follow-ups.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality customer service and building integrity through solid client relationships.
  • Proficiency in web-based applications (e.g., Salesforce.com) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reports and presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to strategically plan sales calls and presentations.
  • Effective leadership capabilities, with experience building strong internal relationships and managing tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with strategic consultative selling techniques and formal sales processes.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
