### Role Focus
In this role, you will oversee multiple branch locations and client sites within a designated territory, collaborating closely with regional leadership to drive key strategic and operational functions. Your commitment to exceptional service delivery will help foster business growth and contribute to making the organization an employer of choice in the service industry.
### Key Responsibilities
Caring Leadership And Client Engagement
  • Mentor and support branch management teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Establish strong client relationships through regular travel to sites and industry events, aiming to enhance client and employee satisfaction.
Operational Oversight And Safety
  • Manage the region's security operations, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company policies.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to analyze and report on operational metrics, enhancing productivity.
  • Develop security protocols and training programs to reduce risks.
Financial Performance And Growth
  • Oversee the region's profit and loss (P&L) management, focusing on budget allocation and profitability.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.
### Qualifications
Education And Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or a related field with a minimum of ten years of management experience in the service industry; or
  • Associate degree with twelve years of management experience; or
  • High school diploma with fifteen years of management experience.
Skills And Experience
  • At least four years of experience in profit and loss financial management.
  • Seven years of experience in building and developing teams.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and client relations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools.
  • Effective networking skills with a commitment to safety and community engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in law enforcement, military, or security services is a plus.
