In this role as the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will be instrumental in coordinating, monitoring, and analyzing financial performance across business units and the entire company. Working closely with senior leadership, you will influence strategic decisions and ensure alignment with our financial goals. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Deputy CFO, you will play a vital role in our team. Base Pay: $192,000 - $252,000 per year (in select states); $172,800 - $226,800 per year (in other locations)

Key Responsibilities Budgeting & Forecasting Lead budgeting and re-forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with financial targets and external guidance. Provide ongoing performance insights to leadership. Management Reporting Oversee the creation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, highlighting key trends and variances for leadership and investor relations. Allocation Frameworks Develop and support cost allocation management frameworks aligned with the operating model. Financial Analysis Implement financial strategies, track and validate initiatives to enhance financial performance. Strategy Evaluation Manage multi-year strategy planning, including investment/business case evaluations and strategic growth opportunities in collaboration with business-unit leadership. Systems & Processes Enhance internal finance processes, oversee financial planning systems, and ensure data integrity and robust reporting capabilities. Financial Innovation Assess and improve FP&A processes, systems, and tools for efficiency and strategic analysis. Leadership Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing finance team and oversee cross-functional Finance team processes as needed. Communication & Collaboration Clearly communicate financial results, trends, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Qualifications
12 years of FP&A experience in large companies, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or financial services.
7 years of advanced financial modeling skills, translating data into actionable insights and strategies.
5 years of experience leading budgeting and planning processes and proficiency in core FP&A tools.
5 years of experience building and developing high-functioning finance teams.
Bonus Points
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Financial Analysis.
Experience in public companies or within managed care, healthcare, or insurance sectors.
Proficiency in SQL/BigQuery for analyzing large datasets.
Experience with NetSuite and Adaptive.
Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication with executive presence.
