Key ResponsibilitiesLeading a High-Performing Sales Team:

  • Conduct field visits with sales representatives to provide guidance, support, and performance evaluations, driving continuous improvement.
Collaboration And Strategy
  • Collaborate with the President of Sales and Marketing to strategize and execute quarterly and monthly plans for team success.
  • Utilize strategic insights to refine annual business plans, providing valuable feedback to senior leadership.
Cultivating Excellence
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence through regular meetings, performance discussions, and ongoing training sessions.
  • Play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, ensuring the recruitment and management of top-tier professionals in your territory.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience, including significant leadership or field training supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker well-versed in commercial operations within FDA regulatory guidelines.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%) within your assigned territory, with proximity to a major airport.
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Valid state driver's license and insurability meeting company requirements.
