Role Overview We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee multiple branch locations and client sites within a designated territory. This position involves collaborating with senior management to drive strategic and operational functions, ensuring exceptional service delivery while contributing to business growth. Mentor and support branch leaders, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
Engage with clients at their locations and industry events to strengthen relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Lead security operations in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Analyze operational metrics and KPIs, leveraging business intelligence tools to enhance efficiency.
Develop and implement security protocols and training programs to mitigate risks.
Manage financial performance, focusing on budget allocation, revenue growth, and expense management.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
QualificationsEducation and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or related field with ten years of management experience; or
Associate's degree with twelve years of management experience; or
High School diploma with fifteen years of management experience.
Skills
Minimum four years of profit and loss financial management experience.
Seven years of success in building and developing teams.
Proven executive leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and client relations.
Ability to collaborate across business units and regions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools for metrics analysis.
Strong networking skills with a commitment to safety and community engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in law enforcement, military, or security services.
