Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee multiple branch locations and client sites within a designated territory. This position involves collaborating with senior management to drive strategic and operational functions, ensuring exceptional service delivery while contributing to business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and support branch leaders, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
• Engage with clients at their locations and industry events to strengthen relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Lead security operations in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Analyze operational metrics and KPIs, leveraging business intelligence tools to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and implement security protocols and training programs to mitigate risks.
• Manage financial performance, focusing on budget allocation, revenue growth, and expense management.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

QualificationsEducation and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or related field with ten years of management experience; or
• Associate's degree with twelve years of management experience; or
• High School diploma with fifteen years of management experience.

Skills

• Minimum four years of profit and loss financial management experience.
• Seven years of success in building and developing teams.
• Proven executive leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and client relations.
• Ability to collaborate across business units and regions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools for metrics analysis.
• Strong networking skills with a commitment to safety and community engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in law enforcement, military, or security services.
