ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will work closely with various teams to innovate and implement customized marketing strategies for our current customer base. You will present insightful findings to senior leadership, influencing marketing and digital initiatives. Your focus will be on improving customer engagement through loyalty analytics, personalized digital experiences, and analyzing cross-selling strategies. Additionally, you will drive the use of digital tools to boost customer retention and conversion rates, while establishing reporting frameworks to monitor performance and guide decision-making. Collaboration with Data Science will be key to enhancing existing models and developing new ones for optimizing customer metrics.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field; an MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus.
- Over 15 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, emphasizing customer insights and CRM.
- Demonstrated success in leading analytical teams and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Proficiency in advanced analytics tools such as SQL, SAS, Python, as well as data visualization platforms like Power BI or Looker.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives.
- Experience in the lending or consumer finance industry is beneficial.
