Get It Recruit - Executive is Hiring a Strategic Vice President of Business Development in Healthcare & Education Near Atlanta, GA

DescriptionWe are excited to find a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead our expansion efforts. In this key role, you will be instrumental in identifying and establishing new centers, managing the buildout process, and overseeing accreditation and market development. We are looking for someone with a solid background in business development within the healthcare or education sectors, who has a proven track record of scaling operations and navigating regulatory environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regional needs to guide expansion plans.
    • Set and manage objectives for new center openings, ensuring they align with overall goals.
    • Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new locations for ABA centers.
  • Center Development and Setup:
    • Lead site selection, including negotiating agreements and managing evaluations.
    • Oversee the buildout process, working with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
    • Ensure new centers meet all standards and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Collaborate with the Executive team on center design and layout, including furnishing and supply orders.
  • Accreditation and Compliance:
    • Manage the accreditation process for new centers, working with regulatory bodies and certification agencies.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Market Development:
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote new centers and raise awareness in target communities.
    • Monitor market performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work with internal departments, including business and clinical operations, finance, and HR, to integrate new centers smoothly into the existing structure.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to team members involved in the development and launch of new centers.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track and report on business development activities, project progress, and key performance indicators.
    • Prepare and present regular updates to the executive team and other stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in ABA business development, or 5 years in the healthcare or education sector
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and accreditation requirements within the healthcare or education industry
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strategic thinker with a keen eye for market trends and opportunities
