Your RoleIn this role, you will be pivotal in driving daily operations and developing long-term strategies within our studio. You will play a key part in expanding our brand, leading our team, and ensuring an exceptional experience for everyone, working toward achieving our collective goals. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership:
Drive revenue growth and meet financial targets.
Coach and support the sales team to exceed revenue goals.
Implement effective sales processes and utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Manage sales reports and client data using our POS system.
Communicate revenue goals and progress to the team and manage commission calculations.
Leadership & Time Management
Be present in the studio during various shifts to connect with clients and staff.
Delegate tasks, troubleshoot issues, and lead team meetings.
Collaborate with other managers to share best practices and enhance operations.
Staffing & Scheduling
Oversee the hiring, training, and development of studio staff.
Analyze and adjust class schedules to optimize attendance.
Manage studio schedules and staffing needs.
Merchandise Management
Plan and manage product inventory and design retail displays.
Coordinate with leadership on merchandise needs and sales strategies.
Special Events & Partnerships
Organize and manage events such as pop-up classes and community activities.
Attend events, generate leads, and drive sales.
Studio Maintenance
Troubleshoot and manage equipment issues and ensure studio cleanliness.
What We're Looking For

Experience in studio or retail management is a plus.
A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
What We Offer
Competitive salary range of $62,400-$70,000, including base salary and monthly commission.
