Key Responsibilities
- Financial Oversight: Review estimates, Statements of Work, and cost assumptions. Track internal forecasts, reconcile them with staffing plans, and manage corporate and client forecast updates and budget reporting.
- Strategic Leadership: Engage in strategic contributions beyond account tactics, participate in client planning, and collaborate with Team Leads to design and implement business strategies and procedures.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee brand operations, establish policies, and ensure efficient business functions. Manage risk and drive sustainable growth through strategic expansion activities.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the business management team, ensuring effective resource allocation and skill development. Foster strong client relationships and provide direction for key corporate initiatives.
- Resource Management: Review project requirements to determine resource needs and manage allocation to meet client demands and project goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: 7-10 years in a progressive business management role, with experience leading large teams and managing business and project managers.
- Skills: Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, and Marketing, along with expertise in strategic planning, data analysis, and IT/Business infrastructure. Excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
- Additional Expertise: Preferred experience in risk management, change management, and communications management.
