OverviewJoin our expanding team as the Vice President of Medical Services and lead the medical operations within our integrated care teams. Your role will involve ensuring seamless coordination of care, providing executive leadership to clinical staff, and developing and approving medical policies aligned with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Director medical operations within integrated care teams
  • Coordinate care across clinical programs
  • Provide executive leadership to clinical staff
  • Develop and approve medical policies
  • Supervise nursing staff and support clinical leaders
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary team discussions and case reviews
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you need:
  • Specialty or extensive background in psychiatry, neurology, addiction psychiatry, or addiction medicine
  • Experience in treating individuals with mental health, substance use, dual diagnosis, and co-occurring disorders
  • Superior leadership skills and experience supervising medical staff
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards
  • Current and valid Ohio or Indiana state medical license as a physician or nurse practitioner
